Khetho Recruitment Services is a generalist recruitment agency established in 2002 along with our sister company Stanley Hutcheson & Associates. One of our core philosophies is to take the time to understand what makes an organisation unique so that we are able to tailor our recruitment and selection process to suit our client’s individual needs. We have successfully placed hundreds of graduates over the past 8 years and have built up a large specialised database containing suitable candidates for most commercially orientated entry level positions.

Khetho Recruitment Services is also differentiated from many other recruitment agencies by way of the fact that we employ Psychometrists who assist in the person job matching process through the use of psychometrics. Psychometrics have proven to be a reliable way of predicting performance in a particular job and we apply a customised battery of instruments in the positions we are engaged to source. We also have the flexibility to use the majority of instruments that our client’s may already be using as part of their recruitment process. All standard industry checks will also be completed before we recommend a candidate.
 

We have over the past five years developed our services to satisfy our clients, within various sectors in three specific ways:

 -  We have developed relationships with management consulting and public sector clients where we are engaged on an exclusive basis to perform executive search functions.

 -  We have developed a best of breed work readiness/graduate recruitment and development programme where we have placed over 1300 commerce graduates in the financial and other sectors since 2005.

-  As a registered temporary employment service, we have maintained a core team of contract / temporary personnel to assist our clients, since 2005.

Furthermore, Khetho has established an outstanding track record with regard to the placement of people with disabilities. We have published a guide to the employment of people with disabilities that Fasset, the Seta for finance, management consulting and other financial services has published for its stakeholders.
